چکیده مقاله

The ultimate goal of image management processing is to create and present images of persons, events and subjects which are appropriate with the aims of a media and to transfer deliberate and proper images to audiences using media production and relevant capacities. This study by adopting the process method as a free approach, tries to investigate and analyze the current status of image management processing in IRIB using qualitative method and deep interview technique, constitute an appropriate process for image management in media through the pathology of change leverage based on condor reengineering model. Thus, the output of interviews with 20 experts, communication researchers and some of the managers and advisors of IRIB, were coded openly, axially, and selectively and categorized to reduce those 180 primary concepts into 70. The interviews content coding results have been put into five major axes. In each segment, attempts have been made to simultaneously describe problems from experts, point of view, and to define the root causes of problems and outcomes of them. In sum, these five leverages of change in re-engineering the IRIB’s process of image management which are considered the obstacles to the realization of image processing include: environmental, educational and research, structural, cultural, and directorial factors. Each of the leverages of change includes some categories and subcategories and is explained in detail in the article and to perform the optimal image management process, the correction of related issues should be considered in the agenda of the IRIB
